Tainer, Getzoff & Roberts Group Lab Meeting Schedule

Please note this schedule is not an absolute, and we will endeavor to keep this web page up-to-date (last updated 6/26/2K).

Lab meetings are generally held Every FRIDAY afternoon Beginning at 1:00 PM in the Immunology East & West Conference Rooms.

Please contact Elaine or Dawn ASAP if your name is next up for either assignment and you KNOW that you will not be available/able to do your assignment.

The Speaker is responsible for (in addition to speaking) obtaining the AV keys from the WHITE BINDER the Immunology Reception Desk, getting out and putting away the AV equipment and returning the keys after lab meeting.

The Food Provider is responsible for (in addition to providing the food and dessert if desired) making certain the conference rooms are cleaned up after lab meeting. All lab members are expected to clean up after themselves. However, the Food Provider is responsible for making certain the table and desktops have been cleaned, all the chairs are in the appropriate places (in the East room – lined up facing the front of the room and NOT blocking the divider from opening and closing), and all food trash has been removed from the rooms.
