EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION DEADLINE: August 30, 2016

The registration fee includes the Welcome Reception on Monday; breakfasts, lunches, & break refreshments (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Accompanying person (not attending the scientific sessions) registration includes welcome party; breakfasts and lunches.

Registration must be paid prior to commencement of conference. No registration payments will be possible at the conference venue.

VISA
All visitors to the states require a current passport to travel to and enter USA. For the purposes of attending the Sialoglyco 2016 event, delegates should check their eligibility to apply for one of the following visas:
  • Business : Foreign travelers coming to the United States to conduct temporary business, for example business meetings and consultations, attending conventions and conferences, or negotiating contracts, need visitor visas unless they qualify for entry under the Visa Waiver Program.   • Visa Waiver Program : The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) allows citizens of participating countries to travel to the United States without obtaining a visa, for stays of 90 days or less for tourism or business. Transiting or traveling through the United States to Canada or Mexico is generally permitted for VWP travelers. Please note that if you are an invited speaker, you can still travel on these visas even if you are receiving some funds from the conference organizers to support your travel. Once payment has been received for registration, all registrants will receive a confirmation email. However, please contact Anna Crie (annacrie@scripps.edu) if you require a more specific participation letter to assist with your visa application process. Please provide the following information for the invitation letter: Name on Passport; Date of Birth; Passport Number; Passport Expiry Date; Nationality.
