Hollywood Comes to Scripps California
More than 1,500 California employees attended the 2007 Scripps Research picnic, "Hollywood Comes to TSRI," enjoying food (popular items included pizza, meat skewers, and Yukon gold mashed potatoes), raffle prizes, bingo, and other contests. "Picnic-goers of all ages seemed to have a good time and reluctantly left the grounds as we brought the event to a close on Friday," says Vivian Lodes, who organizes the picnic. "Now we have to think of a theme for next year!" Photo by Kevin Fung.
