Molecules in 3-D

The Scripps Research booth offered students the opportunity to view several 3-D models of proteins, DNA, and other tiny biological molecules. The display was set up and staffed by volunteers from the institute's Olson lab, who took time from their busy schedules to show students a new side of the world of science and to share their knowledge about careers in the biosciences.
