New Support

For the first time this year, the Biogen Idec Foundation donated $25,000 to fund teachers in the program. San Diego high school teachers Stephanie Simmons and Victor Rodriguez (pictured here) will bring their new knowledge back to their classrooms in the fall.

Other supporters of this year's La Jolla programs include the Maurice J. Masserini Charitable Trust (administered by Wells Fargo Bank), the Arthur Vining Davis Foundations, John and Susan Diekman, Ralph and Shirley Shapiro, the William Randolph Hearst Foundation, and Oliver and Norma James.
