Construction of Phase II, managed by Ron Jenkins of TSRI Planning
and Construction and completed between May and December 2002, included
the installation of walls, doors, room finishes, lab casework, and hoods,
as well as complete building systems such as heating, ventilation and
air conditioning, electrical, and telephone wiring in a 39,000-square-foot
shell.
