These scripts are heavily optimized for actomyosin and will need extensive modification to work with other specimens! Don't take short cuts. It is important to understand what is going on at each step. Knowledge of UNIX C and Bourne Shell scripting will be required. Please don't think of these as some black box you shove data through. Ok, you've been warned. Try to have some fun with PHOELIX.
