TkPhoelix:
A Tcl/Tk replacement for the gl graphic programs in SUPRIM. Functions include image display for point selection, CTF display, and layerline display, also for point marking/editing.

Requires:     Tcl 8.2, Tk 8.2

This is beta software and is in constant development. If you feel you have found a bug, you can report it to phoelix@scripps.edu. Please be specific and include as much information as possible so that the problem may be recreated.

Installation:
(1) Modify the Makefile to have it place the *.tcl files in a shared lib directory such as /usr/local/lib. Tkll.so should also be installed there. (2) Modify your LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable to include this directory if it doesn't already. (3) sips.so and libtkImgDip (from emscope) should already be in the same location. (4) Create a new environment variable, TKPHOELIX_LIB, to point at the same directory. (5) Copy application scripts (tkir, tkll, tkctf and tkdirection) somewhere in your path, for example in /usr/local/bin.
