8. The 'Windows' menu |
The 'Windows' submenu is used to open the TCL-NT output window and/or the TCL-NT direct command window.

8.1 Open output window |
The 'Output' window displays all the output comming from TCL-NT macros or commands (entered in the command window below). This could be a result, a warning or even an error message.

Button: you can also activate the 'Output' window with in the toolbar or with the function key F2.
8.2 Open command window |
The 'Direct TCL command' window is used to enter and execute single TCL-NT commands directly.

Just enter the command in the editfield and start execution. You can also select a command from the history list, or move through this list with line up/down curser keys.
You can also start TCL-NT macros from this 'commandline'.
Example: date shows the current date and time in the output window.
