6.5 Command group USER MACROS |
The section 'USER MACROS' of the EM MENU main dialog contains seven buttons.
You can associate the first six buttons with six (out of 20) TCL-NT user macros.
The button is used for starting the 'User macros' dialog:

All in all there are 20 user defined commands (= macros) which you can modify and execute.
Use to open a simple editor with the corresponding user macro. The first 10 characters (except '!') of the first line are used to name the button for this user macro.
Exactly 6 of the 20 user macros must be selected. You can start these macros from the 'EMMENU' dialog.
Note: it is important that you are well aware of the fact that all internal EMMENU variables are available when user macros are executed. I.e. if you change one or more of the internal EMMENU variable(s) you really should know what you do, because undesired effects of the EMMENU might occur afterwards. Also be careful with declaring and killing variables!
