From San Diego (Downtown, Airport, East San Diego County)

• Take I-5 North, to the Genesee Ave. exit.

• Keep left at the fork in the ramp, turn left onto Genesee Ave.

• Genesee Ave. merges with North Torrey Pines Road. Stay in the far left lane, but do not turn left onto North Torrey Pines Road; follow the merge to the right.

From Los Angeles and North San Diego County

• Take I-5 South, to the Genesee Ave. exit.

The Security Department would like to ensure that your visit is enjoyable and that you find a parking space and get to your event or meeting on time. The Parking Office operates Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Permits are generally required to park on the Scripps Research campus.  A limited number of visitor parking spaces are available near the Human Resources office for applicants and new employees.  If you are coming to campus for a meeting or event, your host can arrange a visitors’ permit for you.
