• Cosmic Kids Yoga: Yoga, mindfulness and relaxation, designed especially for kids.
• Debbie Doo: Classic American nursery rhymes paired with dance.

• Free Yoga videos on YouTube: Search for “Ally Maz” or “Yoga with Adriene.”

• GoNoodle Games: Dance videos and games.
• Kiboomers: Dance songs for kids.
• P.E. with Joe: Daily workouts for kids and adults.
• Pancake Manor: Silly music-based videos, many of which involve moving your body.
